The Ridgewood Lakes Golf Course located just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and International Drive and only 2.5 miles from Interstate 4 south on US 27 in Orlando, Florida, is truly a tropical experience. It has an abundance of Canary Island Date Palms throughout the course along with various bodies of water on 16 of its 18 holes.
Unlike many other Florida courses, there is only one hole where houses border it. And, in the summer of 2007, the greens have been renovated with the addition of Champions Dwarf grass, all the greenside bunkers replenished and reshaped and every tee box leveled to PGA quality specifications. A fifth set of tees has also been added to the par 72 course with yardages available from 5,300 yards to almost 7,100 yards.
